Nobu Redefines Room Service

Tamago Yaki Japanese-Style Omelette - Innovative Japanese Dishes Delivered at Nobu Hotel

Tamago Yaki Japanese-Style Omelette

You may be familiar with the cuisine of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa in its natural habitat, one of his renowned restaurants. But now, if you’re staying at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace, you can enjoy the Japanese chef’s pioneering fare without leaving the comfort of your room.

Guests can keep things light by digging into his essential, fresh dishes that deliver the full Nobu experience trying items he has perfected, such as his tiraditos (Peruvian-style ceviche) or his yellowtail topped with slivers of jalapeño. Feeling like a full-on meal? Bento boxes, which are a popular way to present meals in Japan, offer multiple tastes in one partitioned serving vessel. Served with miso soup, fresh pickles and rice, Bento boxes give guests a choice of offerings—from Nobu’s signature miso black cod or panko fried chicken, to premium nigiri and maki sushi. For dessert, guests can nosh on mochi ice cream, green-tea brûlée or Nobu’s tofu cheesecake. The in-room dining menu is a first for the chef, who says it combines tastes of his classic meals with some only-in-Vegas dishes.
