Krug Chef’s Table arrives at a restaurant Guy Savoy
It’s a marriage of epicurean royalty. Restaurant Guy Savoy, with its two Michelin stars, has joined forces with Krug Champagne, one of Europe’s storied Champagne Houses. Together, the titans have opened the only Krug Chef’s Table in the United States. Designed for those who appreciate fine food and exquisite Champagne, the six-seat Krug Chef’s Table is tucked inside the kitchen of Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace. Patrons are greeted with a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée and then personally served 13 courses or more from a tasting menu that changes daily depending on the best available ingredients. The meal ends with a glass of Krug Rosé, but guests can customize the experience further with additional Krug Prestige Cuvée Champagnes. Diners can even watch their meal as it’s prepared. Four stations of the kitchen along with their respective cooks can be viewed on a customized iPad application via a live video feed. How’s that for up-close-and-personal?
